Our Trainers
Brickhouse Gym hires only the best trainers to assist our members as they work toward their fitness goals. Our trainers have a wide variety of experience and specialty areas. Reza Ghanbarpour, Trainer
Reza, who is NCSF certified, has been providing his clients with fitness conditioning, speed and strength, body building, and sports specific training for more than five years. Reza also has a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. Contact Reza. |

Dr. Quin Skains, Nutritionist, Trainer
Dr. Quin has over 20 years experience as a nutritionist and offers Brickhouse Gym members complete nutrition support. He specializes in nutrition, supplementation, conditioning, body building, biomechanics, and kinesiology. Mauri Whaley, Aerobics Coordinator
Mauri has been working at Brickhouse Gym for almost two years as an instructor. She is Turbokick certified, AFAA certified, Zumba certified, and she specializes in aerobics. |

Katy Macsas, Mission: Fitness, Trainer
Katy is a certified personal trainer and a member of NESTA. Her passion for fitness and health has brought her to the stage as a figure competitor. She is dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals. |

Tom Nunez, Trainer
Tom is a member of NESTA and a certified personal trainer. He has been involved in fitness for over 20 years and specializes in strength and conditioning. He welcomes the opportunity to train you and customize a fitness program that is right for you. |

Valance Jones, Trainer
Valance has served our Country in the United States Army and has been associated with the Brickhouse Gym for over 4 years and personal training for over 2 years. He is also W.I.T.S Certified and his main priority is to help anyone reach their fitness goals. |

Colin Martin , Trainer
Colin has been a Cooper Institute Certified personal trainer for over 10 years. Upon completing his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from UNT, he actively served 4 years in the U.S. Army. His extensive background in exercise science, bio-mechanics and exercise physiology allows him to customize programs based upon each individuals goals. He specializes in weight loss, toning, strength and conditioning, body building and sport specific training. |

Katie Tweto , Trainer
Katie has an extensive background in physical fitness and athletics. She has been an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor for over ten years, along with being a Turbo Kick Gold Certified Instructor. She also teaches an intense group-exercise Boxing class, Fitness Lunch Crunch bootcamp, and Piyo/basic yoga. Katie is a Cooper Certified and focuses on the philosophy that “a strong body keeps a strong mind”. Her experience as a former collegiate athlete, martial artist, and fitness specialist have been a great asset to her clients. She is excited to help you reach your goals through personal encouragement and her vast experience of fitness and training. |
