Muscle Pump

Each major muscle group is specifically isolated in this class. You will build all-over strength with low-impact exercises providing a great burn to your body. This combined with motivating music creates the perfect work out for participants of all Fitness levels.

Lift

Raise the bar! Lift is a total body workout that uses strength training to build the core and all the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands.

Spin

A cycling workout that incorporates hills, flat runs, and speed work on a stationary bike. Be ready to sweat and burn calories like crazy!

STRONG by Zumba

Stop counting the reps and start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.

Yoga

Turn Up Dance Fitness

Turn Up dance fitness is a workOut That combines Hip-hop dance with elements of fitness using the core four: dance, HIIT, toning and active recovery.

30/30:  30 MINUTES CARDIO EXERCISE ON BENCH (STEP) FOLLOWED BY 30 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TONING USING VARIOUS EQUIPMENT TO KEEP YOU CHALLENGED.
