Step Strong

A fresh step class for all levels! Enjoy 30 minutes of classic step class with easy combos and short drills, followed by 30 minutes of strength training using carried equipment each week. Get a full-body workout or join just the second half for 30 minutes of toning

Muscle Pump

Each major muscle group is specifically isolated in this class. You will build all-over strength with low-impact exercises providing a great burn to your body. This combined with motivating music creates the perfect work out for participants of all Fitness levels.

Lift

Raise the bar! Lift is a total body workout that uses strength training to build the core and all the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands.

EMOM

“Every minute" on the minute” is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout where you perform a set number of repetitions of an exercise at the top of every minute. this class helps improve cafdiovascular fitness, increase Strength, and can be easily modified to suit different fitness levels.

STRONG by Zumba

Stop counting the reps and start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.

Yoga

Learn to breathe through physical positions that will strengthen and stretch your body. These low impact movements will increase your flexibility and train your body and mind to relax, adding serenity to your spirit and physical being.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to get your heart rate up and boost your cardio endurance.

Strength Fit

An indoor/outdoor class based on the season! Outdoors,enjoy cardio drills and light weights around the lake or at stations behind the gym. Indoors, blend cardio with strength training on bikes, treadmills, and gym's equipment for a full-body workout.

Cardio Jam

Dynamic cardio and strength combo class! Enjoy over-changing intervals of cardio and strength using weights, resistance tubes, medicine balls, benches, and floor exercises. Get your heart pumping and muscles burning to your favorite music.

30/30:  30 MINUTES CARDIO EXERCISE ON BENCH (STEP) FOLLOWED BY 30 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TONING USING VARIOUS EQUIPMENT TO KEEP YOU CHALLENGED.
