Val is a U.S Army Veteran. Courage is certified with NSCA in strength and conditioning with a degree in Exercise Science. He is currently an IFBB professional competitor, so he practices what he preaches. He loves the changes consistently training can do, not only physically but also mentally. He has used the past 6 years to help clients get the same feeling. Seeing clients go through those same changes is super motivating for him and makes being a trainer fun!
John Henkel

John graduated UNT with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and is in the process of furthering his education and career in Physical Therapy. He has collegiate athletic experience and would like to meet you right where you are in your fitness journey. Whether it’s getting into better running shape, improving your lifts, coming back from an injury, or just simple guidance on your fitness journey, he wants to help.

Kerry Newton

Kerry was born and raised in El Dorado, AR. He joined the United States Navy at the age of 18 and served this country for 14 years. His fitness career started as a Command Fitness Leader in the Navy. His responsibilities were to ensure every service member was at the highest level of fitness readiness. During this time he stumbled upon the sport of Bodybuilding. Kerry began competing in NPC Men's Physique in 2013 and competed for 3 years until he suffered a devastating knee injury that put a halt to his competition career. During his recovery process and other life events is where he found his passion for coaching. He obtained his PT and nutrition certification and began his coaching career. Kerry is dedicated to helping his clients and athletes reach the highest state of readiness physically, mentally, and emotionally to not only help them succeed on their fitness journey but also in life.

Brendan’s passion for training all started with a desire to gain more power as he participated in Golden Gloves boxing. With the guidance of his dad, Brendan started weightlifting and soon realized that his passion for boxing was accompanied by a newfound passion for strength training. For over 7 years now, Brendon has not only been boxing and strength training but has expanded his knowledge in powerlifting, corrective exercises, mobility training, and nutrition. His new desire is to share his knowledge with you and help you accomplish whatever goal you have set for yourself.

Misha is a retired Law Enforcement after 34 years, former competitive powerlifter, member of then North Texas State Powerlifting Club in early 1980’s , black belt in Jiu Jitsu. He enjoys working with people who are motivated to improve their overall strength and fitness and athletes. He is also an avid outdoorsman, loves to spend time with his family (especially his grandkids) and continues to pursue the art of Jiu Jitsu.

She believes that with a healthy strong body, we can live life to the fullest.
